April 2016 - Portess and Richardson secure planning permission for a new 50 bed Dementia Care Home at Thorpe Wood, Peterborough. Work started in May 2017.
February 2016 - Pinders Healthcare Award Winning Dunwood Court Assisted Living Apartments from 2009 still looking good today seven years on.
